The Royal Hospital in Wolverhampton, closed its doors in 1999 and has remained untouched to this day.

Since closing, the Royal has been victim of an arson attack which left the main building badly fire damaged.

The rest is in usual decay but mainly intact and some rooms still have the original 'hospital smell'.
